The main level of this property features an open floor plan with a great room that includes the fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, dining area that seats six, a convenient kitchen island with additional bar seating, and a spacious living room with ample seating that leads to a private deck. The third level has a Queen guest bedroom with a private bathroom that makes a comfortable and private space for your guests. Across the street is our “famous” Veggie Wagon, which specializes in fruits, vegetables and homemade goodies that will accommodate the whole family!

Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
