The third bedroom is a second Master with a Queen bed, en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and view of Carolina Beach Lake. The location is remarkable. If you choose to leave the deck you will find you are a few minutes walk from the Veggie Market, Carolina Beach Lake Park (great for dog walking), and all of the restaurants, stores, and entertainment available at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. How lovely to be able to enjoy downtown without worrying about where to park! The property is pet friendly, but the HOA has restrictions on the number of dogs (2) and weight (maximum of 70 lbs combined) permitted. A nonrefundable pet fee per pet applies.
