In the shared foyer, there will be a set of stairs that lead to the upper unit and a door to the left which leads to the lower unit. As you enter the door, you are welcomed by the spacious open concept living area. The living room allows for the entire group to relax while watching their favorite streaming channels. The kitchen and dining room flow from the living room. The large kitchen has all of the latest upfits including a massive island. The island comfortably fits three guests while the dining room table seats six. Off of the dining room is a slider that leads into the shared backyard space. The space has palm trees and is beautifully landscaped, the perfect area for yard games! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand from your trips to the beach. On either side of the main living area, there are two bedrooms with Queen beds and two ensuites with full bathrooms. All bedrooms have televisions to allow guests private time to watch their personal, favorite shows. Each ensuite has a single vanity, toilet, and beautifully tiled shower. The property also has a half bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience. While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Or travel a few miles south to the Ft. Pet Policy: No pets allowed Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
