With 4-bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious townhouse is everything you imagine the perfect beach house to be. Enjoy the beautiful east coast sunrises and calming sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the main floor balcony or stroll down to the pier and try your hand at catching dinner for the family! The convenient location, wonderful amenities, and spacious floor plan of this home make it so easy to relax that you will feel like a local by the end of your vacation.

The ground level of “Ocean Kure” warmly welcomes you and the garage offers convenient access as well as additional parking. Furnished with a gas grill, bonus refrigerator, and a television, the garage is a great bonus space that maximizes the space of this sizable home. At the rear of the garage there is a ground level bedroom that comes complete with a half bathroom, small dining space, a free-standing queen bed, a traditional bunk bed, and a pyramid bunk bed. This versatile room works perfectly for teens but can easily accommodate mature travelers that enjoy a bit more space and privacy.

Upstairs the main living level of this beautiful home offers a fantastic great room! The open floor plan is accented by lovely hardwood floors that flow through the kitchen, dining and living area. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, the kitchen is well stocked and ready for the family chef to whip up delicious meals while soaking up the ocean views. With bar seating and a traditional dining table there is space for everyone to gather whether you decide to cook or order in from one of the many famous local restaurants. A gracious pantry in the kitchen provides ample space to store groceries – just like home! There is also a queen guest bedroom on this living level that offers a private balcony that faces the ocean, walk in closet, and shares access to the hall bathroom.

The top floor of “Ocean Kure” houses the primary bedroom and a guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony. An attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower stall as well as a shower tub combo making this space extremely family friendly. A large laundry room with a folding station adds to the convenience of this home. Across the hall you will find the spacious primary suite. The on-suite bathroom is complete with dual vanity, large soaking tub, and walk in shower stall. Guests of the primary suite will enjoy sweeping ocean views from the private balcony, a cozy king-sized bed, and families will especially appreciate the changing table and children’s bed that is provided.
Enjoy viewing Kure Beach Pier from our decks and is less than 2 blocks to enjoy a stroll out to the end of the pier and enjoy a view of Kure Beach and Carolina Beach from the ocean.

With all the amenities you could want including a community pool, high-speed wireless internet, private balconies, televisions in each bedroom, garage parking, and beach equipment this home is just waiting to help you, and your family make lifelong memories! The garage contains beach equipment available for your use which typically includes 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, cooler, sand toys and pool toys. Our guests continue to add to the stash and items may be removed as they wear so the list of equipment continues to grow but we cannot guarantee all of these items will be there.

When you are ready to explore, "Ocean Kure" is located within 2 blocks walking distance to the Kure Beach pier, shops and restaurants. Want to explore outside of walking distance venture further or see history and nature? Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher Aquarium and ferry are only 3 miles away. The lively and entertaining Carolina Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers more restaurants, shopping, a carnival from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and well-known Britt's Donuts at the boardwalk during the summer season.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Twin children’s bed, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full), 1 Twin Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin).
Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one garage, one in driveway. Parking on the grass or outside of the provided area may result in ticketing or towing at the vehicle owners expense.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.  

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Parking on the Grass, Use of the Chair Lift, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
