Furnished with a luxurious king sized bed that positioned to capitalize on the spectacular view, this suite also offers a private bathroom with custom tilework and a dual vanity. You may start to wonder if you are dreaming after a few days in this private ocean front oasis! The hall bathroom is convenient for visitors and services the nearby guest room. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk with a twin over king bed that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is true to meet the expectations of your family or traveling companions.
The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Stay Requirements: 3 night minimum during the summer
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed Twin over King, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
