Your guests will enjoy the spa-like ensuite bathroom that this room features and the access to the deck. The queen guest room also provides a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. At the end of the main hallway there is access to the elevator that services all floors of the home, a stairwell that leads to the pool and garage level of the home, and a guest bedroom with a cozy king-sized bed. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
