The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Lastly, there is a junior primary suite on this level that overlooks the large wrap around deck and ocean beyond. This suite features a private on suite bathroom and a cozy king-sized bed. The living area is furnished with a large comfy sectional sofa, flat screen TV with streaming service, and opens to a magnificent oceanfront covered porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The upper and lower levels of this home are connected by an exterior covered staircase and can be accessed from the sound or ocean sides of the home. There is also an elevator off the kitchen that gives direct access between the upper and lower level of this home in addition to the exterior stairwell that can be used to navigate between the floors. The elevator can also be accessed from the ground floor foyer and is a convenient feature for guests, groceries, and luggage! Prohibited: No Smoking, Pets, Events, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
