There is a plush sofa and smart TV for those family members that want to kick their feet up and catch up on their favorite shows. A nice, covered deck off the living area makes for a great hideout to soak in the salt air without all the sun! Just down the hall you will find the three guest rooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin size beds and has a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the queen guest room. The third guest room on this level features a cozy king size bed, secluded balcony, and a private bathroom that is stylishly remodeled. The top floor of this mini paradise houses the main living space and is extremely open and welcoming! You can cook a meal, relax on the sofa, or take in the breeze while people watching from the deck - all with a view of the ocean! The kitchen is well stocked and outfitted with gorgeous granite and all the conveniences of home. Beautiful hardwood floors and large windows line the space and give a natural glow to the great room. The primary suite offers a private balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a gorgeously remodeled bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and a spacious king-sized bed.
