The bedrooms in this marvelous home are furnished with Heavenly beds to ensure the highest level of comfort to guests. Two guest rooms, one king and one queen, provide access to private bathrooms and custom bath robes are placed in each bedroom closet for guests to enjoy during their vacation. Custom soaps, shampoos, and lotions are provided in each bathroom as well as in the kitchen for maximum convenience. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and features a king-sized Heavenly bed, walk in closet, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom complete with his and hers sinks. Situated on the Intracoastal Waterway next to the Wrightsville Beach drawbridge, this high-end property offers a spectacular vantage point over the waterway. Make sure to enjoy dinner at the Bluewater Restaurant which is a short walk from this magnificent condo - you will love dining on the waterfront with a sunset view. The iconic Palm Tree Island and public boat ramp are nearby, and the convenient centralized location of the boat slip makes this property perfect for boaters or for watching all the boating action. There is a 40’ deep water boat slip included with this rental so bring your boat and join in on the fun! Occupancy: 6 Stay Restrictions: Any Turn Day in Summer. Minimum of 3 night stay in Summer, 2 night other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen Parking: Covered parking for 3-4 cars. Boat trailers must be parked in assigned spot(s) for the condo. Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s).
