Enjoy the beautiful landscape from the master bedroom has a king bed which also features an access to the balcony and its own stylishly updated bathroom. The guest room is furnished with bunk beds and a separate twin bed with trundle – great for kids! For larger families there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be utilized. The desirable Station One complex offers spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy: 8 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Twin, 1 Bunk (twin over twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area. The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
